No, staff are only on site during staff hours. However, the facilities are monitored 24/7 for the safety of our members.
Staff hours are 9am - 10pm Monday - Friday, 9am - 8pm Saturday, and 12pm - 4pm on Sunday. Hours are subject to change, so please call your local ATC Fitness location for current staff hours.
Yes, all 18 ATC Fitness locations have locker rooms available to members, including shower facilities and free lockers to store your belongings while you workout. ATC Fitness does not provide locks, but welcome members to bring their own. All locks must be removed each day.
Please note gym bags are not allowed anywhere on the gym floor and must be stored in a locker.
All members under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult member at all times. No minor will be admitted without supervising adult present. No minors under the age of 12 are allowed anywhere on the premises at any time.
ATC Fitness offers Smart Start Training free of charge at all 18 locations. Any training by anyone other than ATC staff is strictly prohibited and could result in termination of both your memberships.
We welcome members to bring a guest with them! All guests must be registered in advance with staff and is subject to a $10 guest charge - Premium members can bring guests for 50% off. Guest hours are 9am - 8pm Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm Saturday, and 12pm - 4pm Sunday.

All members are expected to wear proper exercise attire - shirts, athletic shoes, shorts, or athletic pants only. No boots, jeans, flip flops, sauna suits, exposed sports bras, etc. are permitted anytime on the workout floor.
