ATC Fitness Lakeland is located at 2991 Canada Rd. in Lakeland, Tennessee, near Regions Bank and Walgreens. Our gym is known for our great staff and customer service. Our memberships provide great value, and we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week- even on holidays! All ages above 12 are welcome.
ATC Lakeland features Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment. We have a huge free weight area with 30,000 lbs to use! No matter what your fitness goals entail, we have the equipment you need to do a whole-body workout.
One of the perks of being a premium member at ATC Fitness Lakeland is the use of our tanning beds and HydroMassage.
If you are new to working out, you can also take advantage of our Smart Start Training Program. An experienced team member will document your starting point and set the goals you want to achieve. We will then walk you through a workout program based on your level of fitness and desired outcomes. We will regroup every 15 visits to make sure we are progressing in the right direction.
