The Spottswood location of ATC Fitness is located at 4682 Spottswood Ave. We are in the same parking lot as Target on Colonial and in the same building as Mulan Bistro.

Whether you are new to working out or are a workout veteran, we have the equipment here to give you a complete workout. Some of our equipment includes 4 LifeFitness Powermills, 4 HydroMassage Beds, and 1 Barbell Land Mine.
We have two levels of memberships: Basic and Premium. Our Basic membership gets you 24/7 access to our Spottswood gym, free unlimited Smart Start Training, locked-in monthly rate, and no contract. Our Premium membership includes everything that comes with Basic, as well as free unlimited tanning, free daily use of our HydroMassage beds, and the ability to go to any of our 18 ATC Fitness gyms.
