The Southaven location of ATC Fitness is located at 2150 Goodman Road East, near the intersection of Goodman and Tchulahoma. We are open 24/7, all year round- even on holidays.
The Southaven gym has plenty of space to move around and offers a large number of machines. We offer multiple of the same machines so you do not have to wait or interrupt your workout. Our entire 24/7 gym is spacious, but our free weight area is larger than most. Because of this, you have plenty of room to do free weight or bodyweight exercises without disrupting your neighbor or being in someone’s way.
You don’t have to be a workout expert to join ATC Fitness Southaven. We offer memberships to everyone ages 12 years old and up. Our staff are very courteous and helpful, and we have great customer service. We go the extra mile for our members, from teaching them how to use the machines to planning out their workouts through our Smart Start Training Program.
