We have a large free weight area, a medium-sized stretching area, and a large cardio area made up of 20 treadmills, 20 ellipticals, 10 bike, 4 powermills, 2 summit trainers, and 2 rowing machines. We also have a Smith Machine, a Power Rack, and a squat rack.
As a premium member, you have the ability to work out at any of our 24-hour gyms, get a HydroMassage to help with recovery, tan, and get a custom workout through our Smart Start Training Program. All for an extremely affordable price and while supporting a local business.
We have a wide variety of people who work out at ATC Fitness Germantown. The morning crowd is a mix of retirees and early risers. Our afternoon crowd is made up of local professionals on their lunch break. A bit of a younger crowd typically come in the evening, as they will have just gotten off work and want to hit the gym before going home.
